About this service

Coordinated cruise port transportation built around boarding windows

Cruise transfers are time-sensitive. Boarding windows close, port traffic backs up on Port Boulevard during peak embarkation, and luggage volume can outgrow a standard sedan fast. We size the vehicle to your group and your bags — and we plan pickups around your terminal's actual boarding window, not just the cruise line's recommended arrival.

We move groups to the Port of Miami every weekend — Royal Caribbean at Terminals A and G, Norwegian at Terminal B, Carnival at Terminals D and F, MSC at Terminal AA, Virgin Voyages at Terminal V, and Disney at Terminal F. Each terminal has its own drop-off flow and luggage tag handoff, and our drivers know which lanes move and which back up.

Common origins: Miami Beach resorts on Collins Avenue, Brickell and Downtown Miami hotels, MIA and FLL airports for arriving guests, and Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Wynwood for local clients. We also handle the return run after disembarkation.

What's included

What you get with a cruise port transfer

Door-to-port pickup with luggage

Pickup at your hotel, home, or airport with capacity for the full group's luggage — not just passenger seats.

Terminal-specific routing

Drop-off at the correct cruise terminal entrance based on your line, with awareness of luggage tag handoff and porter zones.

Professional chauffeur

A driver familiar with Port Boulevard traffic patterns, peak embarkation timing, and the operational quirks of each terminal.

Day-of coordination

Direct contact with our team on the day of your transfer so changes — flight delays, group split-ups, late guests — get handled cleanly.

Vehicle options

Sized to your group and your luggage

Cruise groups are usually under-vehicled when they default to a single sedan. Here's how we typically sort group sizes for cruise transfers.

Sprinter Van

Up to 14 passengers

Small families, wedding parties, and VIP transfers. Comfortable luggage capacity for a 7–10 night cruise.

Mini Coach

Up to 36 passengers

Mid-size cruise groups, hotel-block transfers, and multi-family bookings. Generous luggage hold.

Motor Coach

Up to 55 passengers

Large family reunions, corporate cruise charters, and wedding-weekend send-offs with a full guest list.

White Trolley

Up to 30 passengers

Wedding-weekend cruise send-offs where the photo moment matters. Note: limited luggage hold — best paired with a separate luggage vehicle.

Common routes

Where we pick up groups for the Port of Miami

Most cruise transfers fall into one of these patterns. Custom multi-stop routes are common too — we can pick up at multiple hotels or homes on the way to the port.

Miami International Airport (MIA) Port of Miami

Arriving guests flying in the morning of embarkation. About 15 minutes by direct route, longer with luggage stops.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport (FLL) Port of Miami

Common for cheaper flights or guests arriving from international connections. About 45 minutes depending on traffic.

Miami Beach hotels (Collins Avenue) Port of Miami

Pre-cruise hotel stays at Faena, Fontainebleau, 1 Hotel, Loews, etc. We handle MacArthur Causeway timing.

Brickell / Downtown Miami hotels Port of Miami

Quickest origin — under 10 minutes — but Port Boulevard backs up during peak embarkation. We plan around the window.

Coral Gables / Coconut Grove Port of Miami

Local Miami residents heading to a cruise. About 25 minutes with light traffic.

Port of Miami MIA / FLL / Hotels

Post-cruise return runs after disembarkation. We schedule based on your assigned debark time, not the ship's all-aboard.

FAQ

Cruise transfer FAQs

How early should we leave for our cruise?

Cruise lines recommend arriving 2–3 hours before your assigned boarding time. We plan pickups around your specific boarding window and the terminal's typical traffic flow — not just a generic cushion. For peak Saturday embarkations we usually add an extra 30 minutes.

Do drivers help with luggage?

Yes. Our chauffeurs assist with loading and unloading luggage at pickup and at the cruise terminal porter drop-off zone. For very large groups we coordinate with terminal porters in advance.

Can you handle large groups with full cruise luggage?

Yes. Mini coaches and motor coaches have dedicated luggage holds sized for full multi-night cruise bags. For groups above 36 passengers, we recommend a motor coach or a mini coach paired with a luggage vehicle.

Do you handle the return trip after the cruise?

Yes. We schedule post-cruise pickups based on your assigned debark time, not the ship's all-aboard. Most groups book the round trip together so the same provider handles both ends.

Which cruise terminals do you serve?

All Port of Miami terminals: A and G (Royal Caribbean), B (Norwegian), D and F (Carnival, Disney), AA (MSC), V (Virgin Voyages), and others. We confirm the correct drop-off entrance based on your sailing.

What about flight delays?

If your group is flying in on the morning of embarkation, we monitor flight times. If a delay risks the boarding window, we coordinate directly with you to adjust pickup or, if needed, advise on contingency.
